Approach
Four principles behind every Tellado collection, from the first walk across the land to the last detail inside.
Exceptional settings with strong long-term appeal.
We look for land before the market finds it: a bend in a river, a wooded hillside, a village that has kept its character. Siolim, Mandrem and now Tiracol were each chosen early, for their light, their views and the way of life around them, and for the lasting value that places like these hold.
A distinct architectural identity for every development.
No two Tellado collections look alike. The curved roofs of Siolim, the coral courtyards of Mandrem, the white terraces of Seaa & Skyy, the palazzo of The Vale and the hacienda arches of Qovaa are each drawn for their own site and climate, rather than repeated from a template.
Thoughtful interiors, materials and furnishings. Every detail considered.
Interiors, materials and furnishings are designed together with the architecture, so every room feels resolved: the way light falls across a floor, the weight of a door, where you sit to watch the evening. Nothing is arbitrary, and every home is handed over turnkey: furnished, finished and ready to live in.
Fewer homes, more space around each one.
Two, four or six homes at a time, never large developments. Keeping each collection small protects what makes it special: privacy, open views, a sense of place, and homes that stay rare.
